With so many innovative food items popping up now and then, it is very difficult to calm yourself down and not indulge especially when you are crazy about food and live to eat rather than eat to live like me. However when we want to lose weight, besides workout there are some food items, options that need to be quit and switched with something healthier. Yes, the cravings are there but once you program your body to it it comes from within automatically. Here is a list of what all needs to go off the charts for you.
French Fries and Potato Chips
This one is a no brainer simply because it is deep-fried. Baked is still better but it is said that whole potatoes are way better. They even leave you full. Fries and wedges are high in calories, and it is very easy to gobble down more than what we should as well.
Sugary Drinks
These drinks are nothing but sugar ladies. They affect our weight and health at the same point. No soda o even diet drinks as they too are very unhealthy for us.
Ice Creams
The ice creams that you get outdoors are very high in sugar and we tend to overindulge in them as well. If you are craving some then homemade ice cream is the best option.

Pizza
When you can make your own pizza then why have it outside? They are highly refined and have processed ingredients. The pizza we will make at home will have healthier ingredients which makes it a much better option. But ladies... 'pizza pizza hota hai'.
Coffee
Plain, black coffee is a healthy option but other frothy coffee drinks are big no-no! They have artificial ingredients which are extremely unhealthy and fattening.
White Bread
This is npouthing but flour. It spikes up or blood sugar levels and we tend to overeat these nbreads as well. There are so many better options out there so it is not that difficult for us to drop white breads.
Candy Bars
These bars of sin are extremely unhealthy as they have sugar, refined flour and added oils. Extremely high on calories, they are not even good at filling our stomachs and we can over binge on them. If you need a snack then have fruits or some nuts.
Juice
Market bought tetra packs of juices were neer good. They are boxes of high calories and added sugar, providing us with no fiber. So just have fruits!
Cakes, Cake Jars, Cookies, Pastries
They are nothing but sugar, refined flour and oils, and cream. They are nothing but calories which are not even filling as such.
Alcohol
If you are on weight loss spree then you need to drop your alcohol. Especially beer as it adds to your belly. Wine is okay but in small amounts.
