Ladies, I am sure there are times when you have spent hours in the kitchen making chapatti or roti, only to have your kids or some other family member opt out of eating. You have nothing else to do, but discard off these fruits of your labour in the nearest dustbin. However, it turns out that there is a method where you can make pizza out of leftover roti for your family members and yes this yummilicious food can be given to your kids in tiffin and I am sure they won't say no to it. It is easy, quick and a healthy snack for all time.
You may bake pizza in an oven or on a pan. (Don't have an oven? You may buy Bajaj 1000 TSS 10-Litre Oven Toaster Grill from here at a discounted price of ₹ 2,493)
To make pizza in an oven, grease the baking tray with the help of some olive oil and put your roti pizza on the baking tray.
Pre-heat oven for a couple of minutes. Now, bake roti pizza on 180 degree Celsius for 7-8 minutes or till cheese melts and roti pizza becomes slightly crispy.
To make pizza in a pan, take a non-stick pan and grease it with olive oil. Remember, if you don't have olive oil, you can use butter instead.
Now, put roti pizza in the pan. Cover the lid and cook it on low flame for 7-8 minutes.
Your roti pizza is ready. Now, garnish it by sprinkling some pizza seasoning on it. If you like to eat spicy food, then sprinkle some chilli flakes.
Now, take a pizza cutter and cut it into four slices and serve it.
