Yasmin, Katrina's weight loss trainer in an interview once shared about her workout routine, “When I met her, she only used to do yoga and weight training, I added functional training and pilates to her routine.” She also shared that Katrina Kaif does a lot of functional training, Pilates, and cardio. Katrina workout for 1 to 3 hours a day, seven days a week.

  2. Katrina's diet includes boiled vegetables and fruits after every 2 hours.
  3. Carbohydrates are a big no-no for Katrina. She has foods that are loaded with fiber.
  4. She has cereals and oatmeals in the morning.
  5. For lunch, she has grilled fish and brown bread with butter.
  6. Katrina has brown bread with peanut butter in the evening.
  7. For her dinner, Katrina has soup, fish, chapati, and vegetables.

Talking about Katrina's diet, Yasmin shared, “Food plays a big role in getting lean so focus on getting enough protein, fiber, complex carbs, and healthy fats. I tweaked Katrina's food plan and we cut out foods that would add to her fat percentage and added foods that would give her energy and nourishment. Katrina’s meals revolve around oats for breakfast, a mid-morning snack of fruit, fish and veggies for lunch, a sandwich in the evening and soup and egg whites for dinner.”
