Actress Katrina Kaif who is celebrating her 36th birthday today, July 16 made her debut in Bollywood with the 2003 film ‘Boom’. The actress who is half British and half Indian has six sisters and a brother was renamed Kaif from Turquotte by producer Aisha Shroff. A private person who prefers staying away from the media glare, Katrina has worked in Telugu and Malayalam movies as well.

Katrina Kaif’s Favourite Food
One of the biggest revelations from the interview came when the ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ actress was asked about her favourite Indian food. Katrina replied that it was cheese dosa that she loved having and could have as many times as she wanted to.
Katrina Kaif’s Food Habit During Diet
When Katrina Kaif was asked about her food habits when on a diet, the ‘Zero’ actress replied that when she is preparing for a role that requires her to be in a good shape, she totally avoids refined sugar and dairy products. She further added that one can have a bit of rice but it should be taken in the right quantity.
Another thing that Katrina advised her fans during the course of the interview was to avoid blue light that is emitted from gadgets for two hours before sleeping since it has a detrimental effect on the eyes.
