Weight loss is not just about exercising or hitting the gym, it’s also about what you eat. If you want to manage your weight, you should pay attention to your nutrition and eating habits too. Flax seeds, one of the superfoods, come with various health benefits, especially for the ones looking to shed those extra pounds. Rohit Waghmare, a nutritionist at MultiFit shared some tips on how you can eat flax seeds to boost your weight loss.
Why Flax Seeds?
Rohit said, “Flax seeds are rich in fibre, omega-3 fatty acids, and lignans, which work together to promote weight loss and overall health. The fibre keeps you feeling full for longer, reducing the urge to snack, while the healthy fats support your metabolism. In fact, just a tablespoon or two of flax seeds daily can go a long way in helping you stay on track with your weight loss goals.”
