There was a time when we used to have a healthy and balanced diet. Our traditional Indian diet used to have lentils, pulses, green vegetables, rice, and roti. However, now, a lot of us have starts to have fatty, high-salt foods that do not just make us put on weight but also give our body no amount of nutrition. For the proper functioning of our body, we need an adequate amount of nutrition which usually lacks due to the unbalanced and unhealthy diet.
