Driven by resentment and a desire to rise to the top, Pinto (Dinesh Prabhakar) betrays his boss, Dammanna, by giving him up to the NBI. However, his loyalty remains non-existent; he murders Roy (Rony David) after pretending to rescue him. Chemmu (Govind Pai) experiences a moral crisis and chooses to leave the world of crime behind after a mutual conversation with his cousin. Azi (Abu Salim), however, is forced to remain with the syndicate. At the end, he is seen fleeing Indian shores with Dammanna to the Gulf, maybe Dubai.

‘Kasaragod Embassy’ doesn’t present a typical hero-villain ending. Instead, it shows how both characters are shaped by the same system, and how neither truly comes out on top.
