Psycho Saiyaan Plot

The six-episode psychological thriller transforms from a cute love story into a dark web of crime, betrayal, and twists. The story follows young Kartik, who falls in love with Charu. While initially uninterested, Kartik's consistent efforts win Charu's heart. However, their happiness was short-lived as Charu was abducted by gangster Huntry Chauhan, forcing her into marriage.

In desperation of tracking Charu, Kartik infiltrates the gangster's house, securing a job and further plotting a secret escape with Charu. However, Kartik's childhood friend Ritu watches them from a distance with hidden motives of her own.

The newly launched Amazon MX Player series received a mix of negative reactions, and critics say the script is 'nonsensical' with 'poor execution'.

OTTplay says its 'a total znooze fest; Times Of India describes the series as 'engaging tale... obsession as the villain'; while other critics suggest that the show is confusing, headache-inducing, nonsensical, and bizarre.

Psycho Saiyaan Controversy

The Amazon MX Player web series, Psycho Saiyaan, recently landed in a controversy. A rift between actresses Tejasswi Prakash and Surbhi Chandna was reported during the promotions of the show. While Tejasswi refused to participate in a joint press conference with Surbhi Chandna, she was also 90 minutes late as per the schedule. This resulted in separate media interactions, leading Surbhi to leave the venue in tears.

Surbhi addressed the incident as an 'unfortunate situation', declining to provide the details.
