
The Vivo T5x 5G is set to be the latest addition to Vivo’s popular T-series, aimed at young users who demand high-speed performance and long-lasting battery life without a premium price tag. Building on the success of the T3x, this 2026 model introduces a sleeker design and significant internal upgrades to compete in the highly contested sub-₹18,000 segment.
Vivo has officially teased the arrival of its next performance-centric budget 5G smartphone. The phone will launch in India on March 17, 2026. The ‘Turbo Speed’ virtual event will kick off at 12:00 PM IST on Vivo’s official YouTube channel.
In line with T-Series DNA, T5x 5G has all the prospects to provide value for money.
4GB + 128GB Variant: This variant is expected to be priced at ₹13,999.
6GB + 128GB Variant: This variant is likely to be priced at ₹15,499.
8GB + 128GB Variant: This variant is expected to be priced at ₹17,499.

The Vivo T5x 5G is designed to be a ‘Turbo’ performer in the segment.
Processor: It comes with the Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 chipset, offering a balanced performance for multitasking and gaming.
Display: It boasts a large 6.72-inch FHD+ LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 1,000 nits peak brightness for a seamless viewing experience even in harsh sunlight.
Battery & Charging: It packs a massive 6,000mAh battery, one of the biggest batteries in the segment. It also comes with 44W FlashCharge technology to reduce downtime.
Software: It runs on Funtouch OS 16 based on Android 16. It promises improved ‘Turbo’ gaming modes and enhanced security features.
Vivo has focused on delivering a reliable, social-media-ready camera setup for both daytime and nighttime photography.

50MP Primary Sensor: Features an f/1.8 aperture for better light intake and sharp details.
2MP Depth Sensor: Dedicated to improved bokeh effects in portrait shots.
Front Camera: An 8MP selfie camera housed in a modern punch-hole cutout, optimised with Vivo's signature "Aura Screen Light" for low-light selfies.
Special Features: Includes Super Night Mode for the rear camera and 1080p video recording with software-based stabilisation (EIS).
