The OnePlus Nord 6 is shaping up to be one of the most significant mid-range releases of 2026, positioning itself as a performance beast with a focus on gaming and massive battery life. Recent leaks, including a Geekbench sighting (model CPH2795), suggest the device will be a rebranded version of the OnePlus Turbo 6, which debuted earlier in China.
While OnePlus has not yet made an official announcement, credible leaks from tipster Yogesh Brar indicate a launch in early April 2026. Some reports narrow this window to between April 20 and May 10, 2026.
Due to rising component costs and the inclusion of more premium hardware, the Nord 6 is expected to see a price hike over its predecessor. The base variant is anticipated to start between ₹31,000 and ₹35,000. And the upper variant could range between ₹36,000 and ₹42,000, depending on the RAM.

The Nord 6 is intended for power users, shifting focus from conventional mid-range processors to more powerful ones.
Processor: Equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 4, offering a substantial boost in AI computing and gaming compared to the Nord 5.
Display: Boasting a 6.78-inch 1.5K LTPS AMOLED display featuring a record-breaking 165Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of up to 2,800 nits.
Battery & Charging: The most exciting part is the 9,000mAh silicon-carbon battery (although the Indian model could see a slight change), accompanied by 80W wired fast charging.
Software: Expected to come with OxygenOS 16 running on Android 16.
Durability: Enhanced protection with IP68/IP69 certification, ensuring it is water-resistant and protected from powerful water jets.

OnePlus is maintaining the simplicity in the setup, focusing instead on the sensor quality.
Rear Camera: A dual-camera setup with a 50MP primary sensor, likely the Sony LYTIA-600, with OIS capabilities to capture better low-light photos.
Secondary Sensor: A 2MP or 8MP sensor for macro or depth photography.
Front Camera: A 16MP or 32MP front-facing camera, placed in a punch-hole cutout.
