On Day 6 (Tuesday), 'Coolie' registered a sharp decline, collecting just ₹0.33 crore (all languages, till now). This marks the film’s lowest single-day business so far and highlights a steep fall after the extended Independence Day weekend.
Here’s how ‘Coolie’ has performed across six days, as per the Sacnilk report:
‘Coolie’ was released alongside Hrithik Roshan and Jr NTR’s ‘War 2’ on August 14, 2025, making it one of the biggest box-office clashes of the year. Despite the dip, Rajinikanth’s film managed to stay ahead of ‘War 2’ in terms of collections.
By Day 5, ‘Coolie’ had already surpassed War 2’s earnings. While Rajinikanth’s film posted ₹12.15 Cr, Hrithik’s action thriller brought in only ₹4.38 Cr on the same day. As of now, ‘War 2’ has collected ₹179.13 crore, falling short of ‘Coolie’s’ total.
