Sunny Deol and Varun Dhawan-starrer ‘Border 2’ is clearly entering the final phase of its theatrical run. After a thunderous start at the box office and a steady second week, the war drama has slowed down significantly in its third week. As the film heads towards the end of its fourth week in cinemas, daily collections have dropped to their lowest levels so far.
According to Sacnilk reports, ‘Border 2’ witnessed a steep fall in earnings on Day 19, reflecting audience fatigue and reduced footfalls across theatres.

As per Sacnilk, ‘Border 2’ earned around ₹1.85 crore net on Day 18 (rough data). This marked the film's lowest single-day collection since its release. Compared to Day 17, the earnings saw a massive drop of nearly 74.48%, indicating a clear slowdown in momentum.
With this, the total India net collection of ‘Border 2’ stood at approximately ₹311.60 crore by the end of Day 18. Theatre occupancy also remained poor, with an overall average of 7.34% on Monday. Morning shows opened weak at 4.49%, while night shows performed marginally better at 8.84%, as reported by Sacnilk.
On Day 19 (Tuesday), the Sunny Deol-led war film collected just ₹0.06 crore, as per early Sacnilk estimates. With this addition, ‘Border 2’ has now crossed the ₹300 crore mark, taking its total India net collection to around ₹311.66 crore. The film is expected to see only marginal growth, if any, over the coming days, unless a sudden spike occurs due to a holiday or special offers.

Week 1:
The film enjoyed a powerful opening week, collecting ₹224.25 crore, driven by patriotic fervor, strong word of mouth, and Sunny Deol's mass appeal.
Week 2:
Collections dropped sharply in the second week, with earnings of ₹70.15 crore, reflecting a decline of nearly 68.72% compared to Week 1.
Week 3 (so far):
The third week has been the weakest phase, with daily collections falling below ₹2 crore. The film's third-week total remains modest, pushing the overall earnings to just above ₹311 crore.
