1. Fear- Avoid If Diabetic
Facts- Sitaphal fruit has a low Glycemic index and such seasonal fruits are rather more recommended to diabetic patients.
2. Fear- Avoid If Fat
Facts- It is often heard that Sitaphal should be avoided by overweight people. However, it's not true. The reality is that they are a good source of Vitamin B complex, especially Vitamin B6. So, it even works at reducing bloating.
3. Fear - Avoid If Heart Patient
Facts- Heart patients avoid Sitaphal but should not be the case. The truth rather is that they are good for the heart. They are High on minerals like Manganese and Vitamin C and they have anti-ageing effect on the heart and circulatory system. For a healthy heart and circulatory system, this fruit should be a part of your diet.
4. Fear - Avoid If PCOD
Facts - Another popular myth is that women with PCOD should avoid this fruit. But it's unnecessary. Sitaphal is a good source for iron and can fight feelings of tiredness, irritability as well as it also improves fertility.
