Don't Go To Sleep
Your food takes time to get fully digested by your digestive system. Make sure you don't go off to sleep immediately after having your food. If you lay back immediately after eating your meal, your food won't get digested and also create gastric issues. In some cases, it can also lead to a stomach infection.
