Breakfast

Post Workout
After working out, she has a piece of brown bread with 2 egg whites and a glass of protein juice.
Lunch
Her lunch plate has dal, sabzi, ragi roti, salad, and chicken or fish.
Evening
In the evening, Sonam has egg whites, chicken.
Dinner
Her dinner includes soup, salad and fish or chicken. Before going to sleep, Sonam has a glass of soya milk or protein shake.

1. Sonam doesn't starve herself to stay fit, she has a proper diet plan where she eats after every 2 hours.
2. She snacks on dry fruits, protein bars, fruits, and dark chocolate.
3. Sonam likes to keep herself hydrated through the day. Other than drinking water, she sips on juices and coconut water.
4. Sonam keeps a check on the salt and sugar she is consuming through the day. She prefers natural sugar in her food.
5. Sonam is not dieting everyday. She has her cheat day every week but she works out extra the other day to cut down all calories.

Workout Regime
Sonam Kapoor doesn't like to have the same workout every week, she follows a different workout plan every week. Her usual workout includes jumping jacks, burpees, jogging, neck exercises. She also does cardio three times every week.
Sonam Kapoor also practices yoga, kathak once or twice a week. She likes to meditate to calm her mind. Sonam likes to play basketball and squash.
