Lie down on the mat and make sure there is gap in your legs. Now take your palms beside your shoulder and raise your head up to the navel region. Look up and hold as much as you can. Keep inhaling and exhaling while you do the pose. Bring down your body slowly and exhale. You can repeat this 3 to 5 times.

Vakrasana

Sit on the mat and stretch your legs. Take your right leg, bend it and place it beside the left knee. Sit straight with your spine stretched. Now take your left arm and place it on this leg. Now move your body towards the other side to twist. Repeat from the other side also.
