She has shared insights on how you can strategically lose weight without exercise.
The fundamental principle of weight loss is to consume fewer calories than you expend. This means to consume less than you burn. You can calculate your daily calorie needs and then create a calorie-deficit diet plan. You can also reach out to a dietician for suggestions on the same.
There is nothing that a healthy diet can’t do. Thus, you are advised to focus on a healthy diet. You can include whole, nutrient-dense foods such as vegetables, fruits, lean proteins and whole grains. Additionally, cut off on junk, processed foods, sugary snacks and high-calorie beverages.
When we are served with delicious meals, we often tend to eat more which ultimately leads to weight gain. In this case, you are advised to be mindful of portion sizes to avoid overeating. You can use smaller plates, bowls and utensils to help control portions.
Skipping meals (low calorie dinner ideas) is not a healthy way to lose weight. If you want to lose weight religiously then you are advised to stick to a regular three times meal routine. This will prevent overeating later in the day.
Hydration is very important to ensure the elimination of body toxins. Thus, you are advised to drink plenty of water throughout the day. Sometimes thirst is mistaken as hunger, leading to unnecessary snacking.
Today’s hectic lifestyle promotes chronic stress which results in stress eating. You are advised to practice stress-reducing techniques like yoga, meditation, and deep breathing exercises.

Sleeping is equally important to maintain a healthy weight (morning habits for weight loss). Thus, you are advised to aim for 7 to 9 hours of sound sleep. Poor sleep disrupts hunger hormones and increases late-night cravings.
