“Though mango juice is thought to be beneficial, it is high in sugar content and people especially diabetics should exercise caution as recommended by the expert. It is a strict no-no to go overboard on mango juice as it can raise your blood sugar levels. Apart from this, one can also encounter problems such as stomach pain, indigestion, and diarrhoea, and might lead to allergic reactions, and skin irritation. Even if mango offers cooling benefits during this scorching heat, be careful while drinking it,” concluded our expert.
