It contains polyphenols, much like green tea, to ward off oxidative stress and inflammation within the body.
Fibre content of avocado seeds helps in digestion. They can easily cause regular bowel movements and therefore help prevent constipation. Also, the seed is rich in soluble fibre, which keeps the gut healthy. The seed has also been known to have anti-inflammatory properties that will calm down some side effects of gastrointestinal discomfort and minimise inflammation in the digestive tract.
Avocado (avocado salad recipe) seeds contain essential nutrients and minerals such as potassium, among others, which can help improve the strength of the immune system. The seeds have antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties that help fight infections in the body and therefore promote effective immune response and general well-being.
