How To Make

  • On a big platter, arrange the tomato slices first, then the diced or sliced onions, and last the avocado slices. (You can also use avocado paste.)
  • Drizzle lime juice and olive oil on top.
  • Toss with cilantro/parsley and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Ingredients

  • Avocado - 1
  • Onion - ¼
  • Cilantro
  • Lemon Juice - 1 tbs
  • Olive oil

Step

  • Step 1 :

    Take avocado and cut thin slices of it or simply make a paste.

  • Step 2 :

    Mix it with chopped tomatoes and onions.

  • Step 3 :

    Then, squeeze enough lime juice to the mix such that it gets its tangy flavour.

  • Step 4 :

    Add a teaspoon of olive oil and mix it well.

  • Step 5 :

    Garnish with cilantro and serve it to your friends and family.
