Anant Ambani will soon be tying the nuptial knot with Radhika Merchant in July this year. The pre-wedding functions will be happening in Jamnagar, Gujarat from March 1 to March 3. In anticipation of their big day, Anant has been working towards shedding weight, as per the reports. Anant Ambani’s Weight Loss Journey
The Ambani boy shed 108 kg in just 18 months reportedly. He indulged himself in a workout for 5–6 hours every day including weight training, functional training, yoga, cardio, and a 21-kilometer walk. He had enormous help from the celebrity fitness trainer Vinod Channa who provided Anant with a rigorous diet and workout regimen.
Vinod Channa has trained various celebrities like John Abraham, Arjun Rampal, Harshvardhan Rane, Shilpa Shetty, Vivek Oberoi etc. According to the reports, he charges about ₹1.2 Lakhs for 12 sessions.

Channa talked to TOI in an interview and shared that he designed a customised diet plan that would help Ambani develop healthy eating habits rather than go on a crash diet and deprive himself.
Anant Ambani consumed an intake of 1200-1500 calories every day and food items with less monounsaturated fats, carbohydrates and more fibre. Apart from this, he worked on achieving a work-life balance to give his body a chance to heal and staying away from stress to practise mindfulness.
