Here are the tips you can follow to avoid bloating in summer:
Overcooking The Vegetables
Overcooking the vegetables can help remove lectins that lead to bloat. Overcooking and eating those nutritious veggies can help to improve your gut health.
Exercise Regularly
If you are physically inactive then you are doing it all wrong. Exercising every day for at least 45 minutes by doing yoga, running, gymming, pilates, cycling, or swimming to de-bloat and stay healthy and hearty.
Take A Warm Shower
The warm shower helps relieve abdominal distress by passing the gas build-up, relaxing you, and de-stressing you. Your digestive system will be able to function smoothly and there will be no problems such as bloating or abdominal pain.
Consume Fibre Diet
Add enough fibre to your diet for bulking up the stool and reducing the chances of bloating and constipation. Also, consume more probiotics like curd to facilitate digestion and promote a healthy gut.
Stay Hydrated
Summers lead to sweating which makes us feel dehydrated easily. Thus, it is important to drink at least 7-8 glasses of water every day to stay hydrated.
Limit Carbonated Drinks
Carbonated drinks like cold drinks have gas content which can ultimately lead to bloating. Thus, it is recommended to limit carbonated drinks (tips to lose water weight) in summer. You can consume lemonade, coconut water or fruit juice.
