Under the adulthood burdens of hustling for a better career path, earning big bucks, and providing for our families, we all tend to lose ourselves. This diminishes the light of our soul often leading to a depressive state. To avoid falling into the gloomy pit and enhance your mental health, try journaling as it can help you express these suppressed thoughts and emotions leading to a positive life.
A person who has attained intelligence, emotional, and social quotients is truly considered intelligent. While we work hard to gain knowledge, we must also invest in elevating our emotional intelligence (Tips For Emotional Growth).
