It will make your meals more nutritious and healthy and help you pass stool with a little less discomfort than before.

How Much Fenugreek Seeds Should Be Taken For Constipation?

According to Dr Savaliya, you should soak at least 1-2 tablespoons of fenugreek seeds overnight and eat them the next morning. You can also consume a tablespoon of methi seeds powder with warm water either before bedtime or twice a day before your meals. It will help with constipation as well as weight loss.

You can also use fenugreek seeds to combat dandruff, hair fall, acne scars, grey hair, and premature signs of ageing.

To fight hair woes, make a paste of fenugreek seeds powder and aloe vera, curd, or water. Apply the paste to your scalp and leave it there to work its magic. After 15 minutes wash your locks and see the difference.

For skin problems, you have to mix methi seeds powder with rosewater and apply it on your dark spots, acne scars, wrinkles, and acne. When it dries, you can wash your face with lukewarm water.

Dr Savaliya mentioned in her reel that fenugreek is one ingredient that can be found in every Indian kitchen. She said that along with relieving constipation, it also helps to control diabetes, not to mention the flavour it adds to dishes.

The ayurvedic expert added that if you consume fenugreek every day in a regulated amount, it can improve the levels of good cholesterol in the body and help you regulate blood pressure. It also detoxifies the blood and improves your overall health.

Among ayurvedic qualities, fenugreek is light to digest, hot in potency, a little oily in nature, and has a bitter taste. Therefore, it helps you fight bronchitis, cough, chest congestion, asthma, and obesity.
