Koffee With Karan Season 8: KJo Announces Premiere Date Alongside Hinting At The Theme Of The New Season

KJo fans, we got you good news! One of the most loved chat shows, Koffee With Karan is all set to be back on our screens with the eighth season. After a not-so-fun and entertaining season 7, filmmaker and chat show host Karan Johar has promised us a fresher flavour this season.

Karan Johar took to his Instagram handle and announced Koffee With Karan season 8. The caption read, "Turns out, my own Konscience wants to troll me too!😤 But screw what he thinks, I’m still brewing Season 8!🥳"

In the first promo, we see Karan Johar meeting his conscience with the 'K' twist. 'Kconscience' can be seen telling KJo how the last season was boring and cold. He also underlined the repetitive conversations with the same old celebrities. KJo admitted that it was the regular take that didn't let the last season shine.

In the video, he can be seen being slammed by his ‘Kconscience’, “Did someone put something in your coffee last season? The conversations were so meh, they were so thanda. You could have called it Cold Coffee with Karan. Were those ‘cheese’ jokes with your nepo babies supposed to be funny? A 50-year-old asking 20-year-olds about their s*x lives? Lame.”

The much-awaited Koffee With Karan season 8 is all set to make it to our screens on the 26th Of October 2023. The chat show will air on Disney Plus Hotstar only. The show is produced by Karan Johar's Dharmatic Entertainment, the digital content division of Dharma Productions.

According to reports now doing rounds on the internet, Shah Rukh Khan, Suhana Khan, Parineeti Chopra, Allu Arjun, Rishabh Shetty, Shehnaaz Gill, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Salman Khan, Katrina Kaif are likely to be on the guest list this season.
