The show is set in a large palace-like mansion (mahal) in Madh Island of Mumbai. The contestants are not eased in the first episode, they are plunged straight into mundane comforts and grandiose experiences. The Game Master, represented by the Lion, sends a blast, while fifty contestants are in the house, only ten will have the right to become Captains.
No long hellos, no comforting settling-in caps, the contestants are immediately put to task to develop a grasp of each other, of loyalties and neglects and insecurities within mere hours of stepping in the house.
Glimpses released by the makers reveal task scenes being set in visually tense backstage action between the celebrities with conspiratorial discussions, evoking alliance structures, speculations on Lion's real strategy and authority. A heated moment between reality-show veteran Sidharth Bhardwaj and television actor Karan Patel is also expected to feature, hinting at clashes from the very first episode.
