Episode 2 of ‘The 50’ has not aired yet, but the promo already making the rounds has sparked massive buzz. The second episode promises to bring the house down with an epic showdown. With the much-awaited Season 1 quickly gaining popularity, here is a look at the happenings inside the palace so far, and all that viewers can look forward to in Episode 2.
In the newly released promo, tense moments quickly explode into full-blown yelling matches when one contestant blindsides another, triggering an open confrontation on the sets. The buzz is that the second episode will pack in even more in-your-face chaos, and the teaser suggests the biggest storm is still coming, with a shocking U-turn that’s sure to take the house by surprise.
The promo footage opens with a yelling match between two housemates, Digvijay Rathee and Rajat Dalal. They shout at each other in the central area of the house, drawing every contestant and housekeeper around them. The fight seems to start when Digvijay calls out Rajat for staying silent during a recent nasty episode in the house, telling him, “Jab dusre log gaali de rahe the, tab tera muh nahi khula” (When others were abusing, you did not utter a word).

His accusation clearly hits a nerve. Right after these words, viewers see both men grow even more heated and aggressive.
Not just the Digvijay-Rajat throw-down, but episode 2 will also see a huge confrontation erupt between Sapna Chaudhary and Adnaan Shaikh. Known for her straightforward manner, Sapna is not mincing words as she calls out to him unequivocally: “Tu soch raha hai chadh ke aayega do log toh main kuch nahi bolungi.” (You think that if you verbally attack me, I will not say anything).
Moreover, Nikki Tamboli is getting into the spirit of battle too - after a spat with a rival house member, she marches across to Arbaz Patel and states her intent quite plainly that she wants the other player voted out. If other teasers are anything to go by, then the show will turn more competitive than ever before.

The biggest draw of ‘The 50’ is that so many participants are famous personalities from films, television, and the digital world, yet they’re all locked inside a palace, fighting to emerge victorious from a campaign that can run for more than 50 days.
The show constantly throws physical, mental, emotional, and strategic challenges at the contestants, testing both their mettle and their game plans in ways that can be as nerve-wracking as they are mind-boggling. Since the format is an Indian adaptation of the American show ‘Los 50’, which itself is inspired by the French format ‘Les Cinquante’, viewers can expect the entertainment quotient to shoot up.
