She will be contesting from the New Delhi Lok Sabha constituency, replacing the incumbent Union minister, Meenakshi Lekhi.
The Legal Powerhouse
Bansuri Swaraj is an advocate at the Supreme Court of India, having studied Law at the prestigious Oxford University. Before pursuing her legal career, she studied English literature at the University of Warwick, England, as highlighted by Hindustan Times.

In 2023, when she formally entered politics, Bansuri expressed her gratitude, saying, "In my previous life, I must have done some good karma for Sushma Swaraj to be my mother. She is my inspiration and my guiding light."
Upon being named as a candidate, Bansuri Swaraj expressed her gratitude towards PM Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah, JP Nadda, and every BJP worker for giving her this opportunity. She vowed to work towards the party's resolution of 'ab ki baar 400 paar' (this time, cross 400 seats) and help make Narendra Modi the 'PradhanSewak' (Prime Servant) for the third time.
