On Wednesday, Janhvi Kapoor attended the Elle Beauty Awards 2022 wearing a blue sequined body-hugging gown which showed off her curves perfectly. The embellished gown featured pleated details and a train at the ankles. She teamed it with white stone-studded earrings and blue fishnet gloves which featured silver sequin details. The outfit looked straight out of a Disney fairytale.
While the netizens were impressed by her stunning pictures from the event, she also shared a meme of hers from the event night that is giggle-worthy.
She posted a photo of herself fully dressed and in makeup, sitting with her artist Riviera Lynn and fashion stylist Tanya Ghavri. Both of them were dressed in casual clothes. She used a popular meme template and wrote, “When your friends say the dress code is casual.”
Janhvi Kapoor also took to Instagram to share pictures of her looks from the award show. She captioned it, “the vision was Botticelli’s Venus meets The Little Mermaid 🧜🏼♀️”

Actors including Janhvi Kapoor, Deepika Padukone (ELLE Global Icon), Rajkummar Rao (ELLE Man Icon), Masaba Gupta (ELLE Gen Z Beauty Star), Shefali Shah (ELLE Impact), Kartik Aaryan (ELLE Superstar Of The Year), Kriti Sanon (ELLE Star Performer Of The Year), Sobhita Dhulipala (ELLE Beauty Entrepreneur Of The Year) and Sharvari Wagh (ELLE Fresh Face) were awarded for their work at the event.

On the work front, Janhvi Kapoor was recently seen in Mili, which was released on November 4. It is a survival thriller film featuring Janhvi Kapoor, Sunny Kaushal and Manoj Pahwa. The film is directed by Mathukutty Xavier and produced by Boney Kapoor and Zee Studios. It is a remake of the 2019 Malayalam movie Helen.
She will be next seen in the film titled Jana Gana Mana, alongside Vijay Deverakonda. The film will mark Kapoor’s debut in Telugu cinema.
