In a ceremony, while appointing this boy as the third highest spiritual leader, Dalai Lama said, "We have the reincarnation of Khalkha Jetsun Dhampa Rinpoche of Mongolia with us today.” He is the third senior most lama or spiritual leader of Tibetan Buddhism and this boy is the head of the faith in Mongolia that's how the Dalai Lama introduced him. The 10th Khalkha is one of the twin boys with the names Aguidau and Achiltai Attanmar, and he is a member of one of Ulan Bator's wealthiest political and financial families. The Dalai Lama institution in Dharamshala is keeping quiet about the new Mongolian Tibetan leader's true identity because they believe the Chinese government would try to target him.
