Paragon restaurant in Kerala is number 11 out of the 150 World’s Most Legendary Restaurants. The restaurant started in Kozhikode in 1939. The Biryani of this restaurant is considered to be its most popular dish.
Tunday Kababai in Lucknow which started in 1905 is another restaurant added to this list. Galouti Kebab is their most popular food. They are made with meat and a variety of spices and are known for their tender and juicy texture.

Next is Peter Cat in Kolkata. It was founded in 1975 and has been celebrated for being a culinary institution adored for its blend of Indian and Continental cuisines and Chelow Kebab has received the top spot.

Amrik Sukhdev Dhaba in Murthal is widely known for its delicious ‘Aloo Paratha’. Apart from parathas they also have a variety of tawa, tandoori, and other vegetarian dishes. This dhaba was founded by Sardar Prakash Singh in 1956 and is now handled by his two sons Amrik Singh and Sukhdev Singh.
Mavali Tiffin Rooms also known as MTR in Bangalore also secured a position in this list. This restaurant was founded in 1924 and is known for its authentic South Indian food and taste. A must-try dish mentioned here is Rava Idli which is a popular staple breakfast in South India.

The Karim was founded in 1913 and it stands tall and firm as an important cornerstone of Delhi's culinary heritage. Mutton Korma is their must-try dish.

Last but not least we have Ram Ashraya in Mumbai. This restaurant started in 1939. This place is widely famous for its genuine and excellent South Indian breakfast buffets. Upma is their must-try dish.
