Recently, the popular food guide Taste Atlas released a list of the 150 most legendary restaurants in the world. Paragon restaurant in Kerala is number 11 out of the 150 World’s Most Legendary Restaurants. The restaurant started in Kozhikode in 1939. The Biryani of this restaurant is considered to be its most popular dish.

Tunday Kababai in Lucknow which started in 1905 is another restaurant added to this list. Galouti Kebab is their most popular food. They are made with meat and a variety of spices and are known for their tender and juicy texture.

Amrik Sukhdev Dhaba in Murthal is widely known for its delicious ‘Aloo Paratha’. Apart from parathas they also have a variety of tawa, tandoori, and other vegetarian dishes. This dhaba was founded by Sardar Prakash Singh in 1956 and is now handled by his two sons Amrik Singh and Sukhdev Singh.
