Recently, the popular food guide Taste Atlas released a list of the 150 most legendary restaurants in the world. Taste Atlas revealed this list with a caption, “150 Most Legendary Restaurants: Taste instead of gimmicks, for decades. 150 dishes you have to try in this lifetime.

Paragon restaurant in Kerala is number 11 out of the 150 World’s Most Legendary Restaurants. The restaurant started in Kozhikode in 1939. The Biryani of this restaurant is considered to be its most popular dish.

2. Rank 12: Tunday Kababi, Lucknow

Tunday Kababai in Lucknow which started in 1905 is another restaurant added to this list. Galouti Kebab is their most popular food. They are made with meat and a variety of spices and are known for their tender and juicy texture.

3. Rank 17: Peter Cat, Kolkata

Next is Peter Cat in Kolkata. It was founded in 1975 and has been celebrated for being a culinary institution adored for its blend of Indian and Continental cuisines and Chelow Kebab has received the top spot.

4. Rank 23: Amrik Sukhdev Dhaba, Murthal

Amrik Sukhdev Dhaba in Murthal is widely known for its delicious ‘Aloo Paratha’. Apart from parathas they also have a variety of tawa, tandoori, and other vegetarian dishes. This dhaba was founded by Sardar Prakash Singh in 1956 and is now handled by his two sons Amrik Singh and Sukhdev Singh.
