Ingredients For Paneer Kachori
200 grams grated paneer
2 cups all-purpose flour(maida)
2 tbsp ghee
1 chopped onion
3 green chillies
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp asafoetida
2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
2 tsp chaat masala
2 tsp tsp garam masala powder
1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
3 tbsp oil to deep fry
salt as per taste

How To Make Paneer Kachori
1. First, we need to prepare the dough. Now add all-purpose flour in a bowl and mix it well using your hands. Now, add the salt and ghee as required. Once the dough is kneaded, set aside.
2. Add enough water and knead to make a firm dough. Place in a clean slightly wet cloth and set aside.
3. Grate the paneer carefully in a bowl.

4. Now in a pan, heat some ghee, add the cumin seeds, and asafoetida, and mix. Then add garam masala powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, chaat masala, and coriander leaves salt and sauté for 10-20 seconds.
5. Add the grated paneer and mix well. Put the mixture in a bowl and give it time to cool.
6. Now in another medium-sized frying pan and heat some oil.
7. Distribute the filling and dough into 8 equal parts.
8. Make a thick disc out of some of the dough and fill it with the paneer filling. Roll the edges together into a ball, then use a rolling pin to slightly flatten it.

10. Serve hot with coriander and tamarind chutney with a cup of tea.
