Paneer Bhujia

This one is the easiest paneer recipe to make and instead of going for the buttery version, you try this healthy one.
How To Make Oil-Free Paneer Bhujia?
You Will Need:
- 2 Cups Crumbled Paneer
- 1 Chopped Onion
- 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Cumin Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 2 Tsp Coriander Leaves
- 2 Chopped Green Chillies
- Salt To Taste
Directions:
- In a pan, add cumin, green chilli, and onion. Saute for a few minutes.
- Next, add crumbled paneer and mix.
- Sprinkle turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and salt as per taste. Cook for a few minutes.
- Garnish with coriander leaves. Oil-free paneer bhujia is ready!
- You can have this paneer with multigrain bread or roti.
Hariyali Paneer Tikka

When craving for a tasty snack, you can prepare this oil-free, delicious paneer tikka at home with a twist.
How To Make Healthy Hariyali Paneer Tikka?
You Will Need:
- 250 gms Paneer
- 2 tbsp Besan
- 1 Onion
- 1 Tomato
- 1/2 Capsicum
- 1/8 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Crushed Pepper
- 1 tbsp Melted Butter
- 4 Garlic cloves
- 4 Green Chilli
- 2 tbsp Curd
- 1/2 tsp Chat Masala
- Black Salt As Per Taste
- 2 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1 cup Coriander Leaves
Directions:
- Wash paneer and cut into cubes. Soak in hot water.
- In a blender, add garlic, green chilli, curd, black salt, chat masala, lemon juice, and coriander leaves. Grind to make a smooth green chutney.
- Next, dice onion, tomato, and capsicum.
- In a bowl, add the chutney and marinate paneer, onion, tomato, and capsicum.
- Preheat the oven at 250 degrees for 5 minutes.
- Take skewers and pierce capsicum, paneer, onion, and tomato in it.
- Grill for 10 minutes in the oven.
- Once cooked completely, take out and brush with some butter.
Paneer Masala Gravy

How To Make Paneer Masala Gravy?
This one tastes like your regular paneer masala recipe but can be prepared using zero oil.
You Will Need:
- 250 Gram Paneer Cubes
- 2 Onions
- 4-5 Tomatoes
- 3 Garlic Cloves
- 1 Tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 Tsp Coriander Seeds
- 1 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
- Salt As Per Taste
- 4-5 Red Chilli
- Salt To Taste
- 2 Tsp Cream
Directions:
- In a non-stick pan, add cumin seeds, coriander seeds, red chilli, and garlic. Saute for a few minutes.
- Next, add chopped onions and tomatoes and saute till golden brown.
- Add a cup of water and let the vegetables cook.
- In a grinder, add the onion and tomato mix to make a paste. Add cream to the mix too.
- In the same pan, add the onion and tomato paste. Cook till the water evaporates.
- Add paneer cubes to the gravy.
- Sprinkle garam masala, salt as per taste. Let the mix cook for a few minutes.
- Serve hot with chapati or rice.
