Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup paneer cubes
  • 1 cup boiled sweet corn
  • 1 cup boiled potato cubes
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tsp chopped green chilies
  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves
  • 2 tsp masala
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • oil for cooking

Step

  • Step 1 :

    In a pan, add some oil. Add paneer cubes and saute. Cook both sides till the paneer gets little golden brown. Remove from flame and keep aisde.

  • Step 2 :

    In a bowl, add chopped onions, tomatoes, corn kernels and paneer cubes. Also add boiled potato cubes. Mix well.

  • Step 3 :

    Sprinkle chaat masala and squeeze lime juice.

  • Step 4 :

    Season with salt and pepper.

  • Step 5 :

    Top with coriander leaves. Toss and serve.
