Ingredients

  • 1 cup paneer cubes
  • ½ cup of cornflour
  • ½ cup of rice flour
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 2-3 curry leaves
  • 1 teaspoon of Kashmiri red chilli powder
  • ½ teaspoon of turmeric
  • ½ teaspoon of coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon of garam masala
  • 1 tablespoon of ginger garlic paste
  • 2-3 tablespoons of curd
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of cooking oil
  • 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of chilli sauce

Step

  • Step 1 :

    Place a wok on the stove and grease it with oil. Add cumin, curry leaves, and red chilli. Sauté for 2-3 minutes.

  • Step 2 :

    Then add garlic cloves, grated ginger, and 1 chilli. Sauté all on high flame.

  • Step 3 :

    Once done, add tomato sauce, chilli sauce, and salt. After frying on high flame, turn the flame on low and add ½ cup of water and curd.

  • Step 4 :

    Mix well to combine all together in a thick gravy. Let it cook for 5-7 minutes.

  • Step 5 :

    Meanwhile, place a frying pan on the stove, add oil and fry paneer cubes on medium flame.

  • Step 6 :

    Once done, add in fried paneer in gravy and give a good mix.

  • Step 7 :

    Turn off the stove and garnish with cheese or coriander leaves.

  • Step 8 :

    Serve in the serving bowl and enjoy yummy paneer 65 with fried rice or noodles.
