Paneer Tikka is a famous North Indian snack recipe. These tandoori snacks are best served with green chutney and hot tea. This is made from chunks of cottage cheese, marinated in yogurt with spices and grilled. It is very easy-to-make and very scrumptious that will surely force your loved ones to lick their fingers. You can prepare it in an oven, a tandoor or even in a non-stick pan. So, don a chef's hat and start preparing these mouth-watering paneer tikka at home!

This mouth-watering dish is made from chunks of cottage cheese, marinated in yogurt with spices and grilled.
Before starting the procedure, cut the paneer into medium sized square shape. Keep it aside.
Next, strain 3 tbsp curd in a muslin cloth to remove water. You can also beat the yogurt in a large mixing bowl.
Add all the ingredients for marinade to the curd- paprika powder, garam masala powder, kasoori methi powder, red chili pwder, cumin powder and salt. Whisk to combine everything together.
Stir in the paneer cubes, onion and bell peppers. Mix until all the paneer cubes and veggies are well coated with mariande. Cover the bowl and let the paneer marinate in refrigerator for an hour.
Now, cook the paneer on either an oven, charcoal grills, barbefue grill, preheated oven (150 degrees Celsius) for about 5-10 minutes. Let the paneer roast from both the side.
Remove from oven, squeeze lemon juice, sprinkle chaat masala and serve with cilantro chutney.
