maintains consistent numbers at the box office. Featuring Aditi Bhatia in the lead role, the film has maintained its momentum during its second week and is now getting closer to the ₹40 crore mark.
The film was released on February 27, 2026, and is presented as a spiritual successor to the widely discussed 2023 blockbuster ‘The Kerala Story’. The previous film became a massive hit, reportedly crossing ₹300 crore worldwide, but the second part has had a more moderate run at the box office. Despite the decline compared to the original movie, the sequel still draws audiences to the cinema halls.
As per the recent Sacnilk report, the movie has garnered an estimated ₹38 crore net in India within 11 days, indicating a steady performance in the theatres.

According to Sacnilk, ‘The Kerala Story 2’ collected an estimated ₹0.03 crore on Day 11. Although weekday collections have seen a significant slowdown after the weekend surge, the film has managed to maintain its presence in theatres.
The film reportedly played in 2,966 shows on Day 11, showcasing its broad theatrical reach despite the drop in weekday occupancy.
The film had a stronger performance on Day 10 (the second Sunday), thanks to the weekend rush. Sacnilk reported that the movie earned around ₹3.37 crore on that day.
The Sunday boost significantly increased the film's overall earnings and brought it closer to the ₹40 crore mark. The average occupancy for the day was reported at 19.8% across 2,443 shows.
