‘The Kerala Story 2: Goes Beyond’ has managed to maintain a steady run in cinemas since its theatrical release. While the film has not matched the extraordinary box office success of its predecessor, ‘The Kerala Story’, which crossed ₹300 crore worldwide, the sequel continues to attract a modest but consistent audience in its second week.
As per Sacnilk, ‘The Kerala Story 2: Goes Beyond’ has so far grossed around ₹45.12 crore worldwide, while its total India net collection stands at approximately ₹38.67 crore. The figures are still subject to updates as final numbers are reported.
On Day 14, the film witnessed a sharp midweek decline in footfall. As per the Sacnilk report, the movie earned around ₹0.03 crore net in India on its second Thursday.
The film was running across 2,576 shows in Hindi on the day. However, occupancy remained extremely low, and detailed average occupancy figures were not available at the time of reporting.
Even with this slowdown, the film has managed to cross the ₹38 crore mark, keeping its overall theatrical run stable for now.
A day earlier, the film performed slightly better at the ticket window. According to Sacnilk, Day 13 (second Wednesday) brought in around ₹1.59 crore net in India.
The movie had 2,690 shows on that day and recorded an average occupancy of about 11.4%.

‘The Kerala Story 2: Goes Beyond’ follows the journey of three young women from different parts of India. In pursuit of love and independence, they choose to go against their families and social traditions. However, their decisions gradually lead them into situations where manipulation, control and loss of freedom begin to overshadow their choices.
Produced by Vipul Amrutlal Shah and directed by Kamakhya Narayan Singh, the film stars Ulka Gupta, Aditi Bhatia, Aishwarya Ojha, Sumit Gahlawat and Arjan Singh Aujla in key roles.
The film was released in cinemas on February 27, 2026 and continues to run in theatres across India.
