Following a long shush after the release ‘Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani’, Ranveer Singh is all set to return to the silver screen with lined-up projects. On July 27, 2024, he took to Instagram to announce his upcoming project with director Aditya Dhar. The post revealed a black and white photo collage of Sanjay Dutt, Ranveer Singh, R Madhavan, Akshay Khanna, Aditya Dhar, and Arjun Rampal in grave expressions, wearing black clothes. The heartfelt caption read, “This one is for my fans, who have been so patient with me, and been clamouring for a turn like this. I love you all, and I promise you, this time, a cinematic experience like never before.

With your blessings, we embark on this great, big motion picture adventure with spirited energy and pure intent.

This time, it’s personal.”

The details about this upcoming project were released after many of Ranveer Singh’s movies got shelved in the recent past, including ‘Rakshas’ by Prashanth Varma, the remake of ‘Anniyan’ by S Shankar, ‘Shaktimaan’ by Basil Joseph, ‘Takht’ by Karan Johar, and ‘Baiju Bawra’ by Sanjay Leela Bhansali.
