Shahid Kapoor's latest release ‘O'Romeo’ opened to a fairly solid response at the box office, even as audience reactions remain divided. While viewers have widely praised Shahid and Triptii Dimri's performances, the film's narrative has drawn mixed opinions. Despite that, the romantic revenge drama has managed to cross the ₹30 crore mark within four days of release.
Here's a closer look at how the film performed over its opening weekend and where it stands now.
After witnessing a major jump on Saturday, ‘O'Romeo’ saw a drop on its first Sunday. As per the Sacnilk report, the film collected ₹9 crore (rough data) on Day 3. This marked a 28.85% decline compared to its strong Saturday numbers.
The dip suggests that while the Saturday surge indicated healthy momentum, the film could not fully sustain that pace through Sunday. Nevertheless, the weekend total significantly strengthened its overall position at the box office.
On its first Monday, the film experienced the expected weekday slowdown. According to Sacnilk's early estimates, ‘O'Romeo’ earned approximately ₹1.66 crore on Day 4. These are live figures and are likely to change as the day progresses.
Weekday performance will now play a crucial role in determining whether the film can maintain stability in the coming days or see sharper declines.
Note: This is live data, with only the next two hours of booking figures included to give estimates at 10 pm. The numbers will be updated every hour at the 5th minute of the hour.

With this, the film's total India net collection stands at approximately ₹31.81 crore. Meanwhile, as per the same report, the worldwide gross has reached ₹40.6 crore.
Directed by Vishal Bhardwaj, ‘O'Romeo’ features Shahid Kapoor as Ustara and Triptii Dimri as Afsha Qureshi in lead roles. The film also stars Nana Patekar, Avinash Tiwary, Tamannaah Bhatia, Disha Patani, Vikrant Massey, Farida Jalal and Rahul Deshpande in pivotal roles.
Bhardwaj has not only directed the film but also composed its music. The story draws inspiration from Hussain Zaidi's book Mafia Queens of Mumbai. The film hit theatres on February 13, 2026.
