Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning,’ the latest chapter in Tom Cruise’s iconic action series, has been performing impressively at the Indian box office. Despite the usual weekday slowdown, the film is closing in on the Rs 50 crore mark domestically.

On its opening day, 'Mission: Impossible 8' earned Rs 16.5 crore, followed by Rs 17 crore on Sunday. Monday saw collections of around Rs 5.75 crore and Rs 5.50 crore on Tuesday. By the end of its fourth day, the total box office collection in India stood at Rs 44.75 crore, according to trade analyst Sacnilk.

Breaking down the numbers by language, the English version contributed Rs 27.8 crore, while the Hindi version brought in Rs 13.99 crore. The Telugu and Tamil versions added Rs 1.47 crore and Rs 0.92 crore respectively.

Tuesday’s show occupancy was solid, with English screenings leading at 17.94% overall and peaking at 28.30% during the night shows. Hindi screenings had a 14.50% occupancy overall, with the highest being 22.20% in night shows. Meanwhile, Telugu shows registered 12.54% occupancy, and Tamil shows saw a stronger 24.25%.

On the global front, ‘Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning’ has amassed Rs 200 crore within just four days of release, as reported by Sacnilk.

Meanwhile, ‘Mission: Impossible 8’ has outperformed recent Indian releases on its first Monday, earning more than Akshay Kumar’s ‘Kesari Chapter 2’ (₹4.5 crore), Suriya’s ‘Retro’ (₹3.4 crore), and Nani’s ‘HIT: The Third Case’ (₹3.65 crore). However, it still fell short of Ajay Devgn’s ‘Raid 2’ (₹7.5 crore) and Mohanlal’s ‘Thudarum’ (₹7.15 crore) on that day.
