Chhaava Box Office Collection Day 8: Vicky Kaushal's Film Gears Up To Cross Rs 300 Crore In Week Two

Laxman Utekar’s movie Chhaava, starring Vicky Kaushal, is currently dominating the box office. While it’s gearing up to cross Rs 300 crore, the movie witnessed a significant drop in box office collection on day 8. Additionally, the movie has been declared tax-free in Madhya Pradesh and Goa. Chhaava Day 7 Box Office Collection

According to the industry tracker website Sacnilk, Maddock Films produced historical drama Chhaava collected Rs 0.45 crore net in India. This adds to its week 2 box office collection making it to a total of Rs 220.2 crore. Made with a budget of Rs 110 crore, the movie is all set to enter the Rs 300 crore club in its second week.

Chhaava Cast And Crew

Made with a budget of Rs 110 crore, the Chhaava movie features Vicky Kaushal, Rashmika Mandanna, and Akshaye Khanna in the lead roles. The music of the film is given by none other than the legend, AR Rehman. Written and Directed by Laxman Utekar, the film is based on the Maratha legend Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj. Other star cast includes Ashutosh Rana as Hambir Rao, Divya Dutta as Soyrabai, Diana Penty as Zeenat, and Alok Nath as Somaji. The film is an adaptation of the Marathi Novel Chhava by Shivaji Sawant. Produced by Dinesh Vijan under Maddock Films, the movie portrays the life of Sambaji Maharaj, the second ruler of the Maratha Empire.
