Surbhi Chandna shared that she uses homemade curd to prepare her glass of buttermilk. However, if you don't have that, you can get it from the market. She added the curd in a big glass jar. She shared that for healthy skin, you should drink buttermilk everyday.

Asafoetida

Next, she added a pinch of hing or asafoetida to the curd. Surbhi shared that there are many benefits of hing but primarily it works to reduce your bloating.

Salt And Black Salt

Surbhi Chandna shared that she uses Himalayan pink salt and black salt to prepare her buttermilk. You can add it according to your taste.

Roasted Cumin Or Jeera

Surbhi Chandna shared that jeera has a lot of benefits for your health. However, the best thing about it is that it helps in weight loss which she says is the need of the hour.

Chia Seeds

Ajwain or Carom Seeds

Surbhi next added powdered carom seeds to the buttermilk. She shared that it helps in digestion.

Mint Powder/ Mint Leaves
