Gradually, as the conversations around health and immunity surged during the pandemic, zinc emerged as one of the most searched nutrients for boosting immunity,” said Mugdha.
Omega-3 fatty acids
This year, omega-3 fatty acids have surged to the top of the most searched nutrients as individuals seek solutions to combat chronic inflammation and oxidative stress. The alarming rise of these health concerns, fueled by factors like poor diets, stress, and environmental toxins, has sparked a growing awareness of the crucial role omega-3s play in maintaining overall health and wellness. As people become more informed, they're recognising the importance of incorporating these essential nutrients into their lifestyle to mitigate the effects of chronic inflammation and oxidative stress.

Vitamin B12
