Reduce the risk of developing Cardiovascular Disease by eating certain foods which are easily available in the market. Before we list down what is good for you, try consuming these foods in their natural form if possible.

Something Fishy

Make fish a part of your diet as these are high in omega-3. We recommend that you stock on salmon, tuna, mackerel and trouts.

Oatmeal Breakfast

Not much to say here as oatmeal is the perfect nutrient powerhouse for us all and the best part being that it is easily available and very filling.

Sprinkle Flax Seeds

These seeds contain omega-3 fatty acids,fiberandphytoestogenswhich boost heart health. Consume these daily in ground or milled form to reap its benefits.
