Lack Of Appetite
You might not feel great around food, especially in the kitchen. Getting frustrated and feeling like cooking is such a task is one thing. While you feed your baby, also make sure to take care of your fitness, but if you are not feeling hungry, you might need help with this situation.
Feeling Guilty
This is the most common sign of postpartum depression is feeling guilty after giving birth. While most women do feel an immediate bond upon giving birth to their baby, several others don’t. Giving birth is a great trauma to the body. Also, after that, there are uncomfortable and even downright painful side effects including the pain and soreness that can come with breastfeeding.
Panic Attacks
A few might feel less of it, and others may experience major panic attacks, also called postpartum panic disorder. A condition that new mom may experience during the time post giving birth to their child. The signs of this excessive worry, fear, and anxiety as opposed to depression and sadness. In this situation, you must seek professional help and it can hamper your sleep and can lead to other problems.
