"Coriander produces a significant reduction in joint swelling and stops the release of those bio-chemicals from the body that lead to this swelling," Dr. YK Gupta, head of the department of pharmacology at AIIMS, was quoted as saying.

Take 5 grams of coriander seeds, crush them and add them in 2 glass of water. Let it sit for at least 6-7 hours or overnight. Next morning, strain the water and drink this magical concoction on an empty stomach.
