Dragonfly Pose
According to Dr Indramani, the Dragonfly pose is one of the most trending yoga poses in 2024. It enhances hip mobility and stretches the inner thighs, spine and hamstrings. Furthermore, it works on stimulating the urinary bladder, liver and spleen meridians.
Wild Thing Pose
Another pose that dominated the yoga trend is Wild Thing Pose. This pose is a combination of back bending and an arm balance that works on core strengthening of muscles and arms. However, it is always advisable to consult a doctor or practise under a certified practitioner.
Yogi Squat
Yoga Squat is another popular yoga pose recommended by Dr Indramani. It works as a great hip opener and builds strength and flexibility in the feet and ankles. This pose is believed to be great in relieving lower back pain.

Fish Pose
Fish Pose also known as Matyasana is known for its incredible impact on overall well-being. Dr Indramani highlighted that it reduces stiffness in the muscles around the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar regions bringing relief to the back. It is one of the great exercises for asthma patients.
Compass Pose
Compass Pose also known as Sundial Pose was quite in trend in 2024 as told by Dr Indramani. This pose does not work typically to build strength rather it works to relieve tension in the body. It acts as a soulful practise that deepens the connection between mind and body.
