Boat Pose (Navasana)
Start by sitting on the floor with your legs extended. Now lean back slightly and lift your legs off the ground, balancing on your sitting bones. Furthermore, extend your arms forward parallel to the floor. This pose strengthens the core, improves balance, and tones the abdominal muscles.
Side Plank (Vasisthasana)
Begin in a plank position. Now shift your weight onto your right hand and roll your body to the right, stacking your left foot on top of your right. Extend your left arm toward the sky. This pose targets the obliques, enhances core stability, and improves overall body strength.
Chair Pose (Utkatasana)
Stand with your feet together. Now bend your knees and lower your hips like sitting in an imaginary chair. Furthermore, lift your arms overhead. This pose engages the core, tones the thighs and glutes, and boosts metabolism.
