Eyes are the windows to the soul. The most beautiful things in life are introduced to us visually - watching a bird sitting on the windowpane, the moon that shines oh-so-bright, the fast pacing cars on the road and many wondrous things. But as life takes over, recreational gazing is replaced by mobile phones and laptop screen time for a majority of the day. We depend so heavily on our eyesight, yet we do so little to take care of our eyes.

The number of children suffering from weak eyesight is growing by the day. Why? Because outdoor playtime has been replaced by videogames and watching videos on a tablet. Even those of us who are health conscious and make smarter health choices such as avoiding sweets, going to the gym, clean eating and more, still neglect to improve and maintain one of our most vital senses- our eyesight. If one can dedicate just a few minutes daily to the following asanas, they can reap the benefits of improved eyesight as well as relax and de-stress their eye muscles. Sarvesh Shashi, Co-Founder at SARVA Yoga, Mindfulness and Beyond, has given few easy yoga workouts for your eyes that we hope you will incorporate in your daily life.
